Award-winning, unrefined, 100% pure & natural from shell-less pumpkin seeds, organically grown in the south Styrian region of Austria.
This pumpkin oil is a Controlled/Regulated product through the European Union’s PGI ”Protected Geographical Indication” Guaranteeing three things to the customer:
- Use of seed grown on registered farms in Styrian region of Austria.
- Pressed in registered oil pressing company in Styrian region of Austria.

How to use
THERAPEUTIC USE: Taking one to two tablespoons per day before bed is recommended.
CULINARY ENJOYMENT: Drizzle it raw on your favorite dishes

Why Do We Pick It?
We’ve been using pumpkin seed capsules for a while to help with bladder health and to boost our energy.
During our 2020 bikepacking trip on the 500 km COLT route, we were biking 6 to 7 hours a day, and whenever we felt drained, taking the capsules brought our energy back. It really worked for us!
